      Before I do a healing, I ask God, the person's guides (all Light Beings in the infinite) to bring the spiritual energy through me, and I ask for everything  the person needs in life...  

     I just let it flow.  Different kind of healing techniques come through me during the sessions.  
    For each person the healing is different, bringing what they need to change in their lives to go forward and reach their goals at all levels.
