Bodyworker and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, who has been teaching yoga
for thirteen years. As founder of Sedona Spirit Yoga, Johanna leads
trans-formational yoga and hiking retreats. Her "Sedona Spirit
Yoga," based in gentle Kripalu Yoga of self-acceptance, includes a
variety of styles and partner poses, plus toning, chakra balancing, and
playfulness.
